Reach in

Post-NRM Follow up support for Survivors with a Positive Conclusive Grounds

What We Do

The brand new reach-in service is a fresh element of the Government's modern slavery victim care contract (MSVCC), for survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking, which came into effect on 4th January 2021.

It provides a way for survivors who have been supported through the NRM (National Referral Mechanism) and have been allocated a positive Conclusive Grounds decision to safe houses and/or outreach provision to ‘reach in’ and access support at any point in the future, in order to help them live independently outside of the MSVCC service. For more information, please contact info@cityhearts.co.uk.

New referrals can be made directly on 0800 808 3733 or by sending the completed referral form by email to mstsupport@salvationarmy.org.uk
