Jess Bramhall weighed just four stone when she arrived in Sheffield nine years ago to join our residential Restore programme for women with life-controlling issues.
After graduating from the Restore programme, Jess went onto become a volunteer at City Hearts and is now a full-time health and wellbeing worker in our South Yorkshire team.
Jess recently shared her story in The Sheffield Star, raising awareness of the life-controlling issues she faced and the support available at City Hearts.
Jess is a true inspiration and a credit to our organisation.
